What's needed to start and how we continue

Start and payment

100% prepayment for the monthly period. Publishing starts within 7 business days after payment, receipt of materials and approval of the existing character. Developing a new character is estimated separately.

Approval

During management, we approve the plan and scripts in weekly batches, then the finished videos. One round of minor edits per batch is included. We fix our own errors for free; changing an approved idea is paid separately. We don't publish without approval.

Package limits

One brand, one existing character, one language and one account on each of the three platforms. Different products fit within the total volume. A translated version counts as a separate video. Comments, direct messages and paid advertising are separate.

Renewal and delays

The first monthly period starts when publishing begins. Renewal is month to month: let us know before the new period if you won't continue. You have 2 business days to give feedback; delays shift the schedule. We hand over finished paid videos, and volume postponed by the client is carried over by agreement. Any volume we under-deliver is completed at no extra charge.

Rights to the result

After full payment, you can use the video indefinitely on social media and in ads. We don't use a character created specifically for you for other clients. Source files and workflows are by agreement. We publish it in our portfolio only with your permission.

What does monthly management include?

A content plan, scripts, production of 30 or 60 unique videos up to 15 seconds, captions, publishing on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and a monthly report. One brand, one existing character, one language and one account per platform.

Are thirty videos thirty posts across all platforms?

One unique video can be posted on all three platforms and still counts as one video from the package. We agree on the schedule taking the month's length into account. The first monthly period starts when publishing begins, not at payment.

Who approves, and how long does it take?

The client approves weekly plans and scripts, then the finished batches. You have 2 business days to respond. One round of minor edits per batch is included. If approval is delayed, the schedule shifts; we don't publish without permission.

Do you reply to comments and run ads?

These tasks are not part of the basic packages. Management here covers producing and publishing video content. We discuss direct messages, comment moderation and paid advertising separately.

What's needed to start, and can I stop the subscription?

We need payment, brand materials, an approved existing character and access through account roles. Publishing starts within 7 business days after these conditions are met. Renewal is month to month; tell us before the new period if you won't continue. Character development has a separate timeline and cost.

How do we review the month's work?

We check the delivered volume and posts, look at the platforms' available metrics and form the next plan. Sales and reach are not guaranteed. Finished paid videos stay with the client; any volume under-delivered through our fault is completed at no extra charge.
