We check your specific site and work with the available settings and code. For WordPress, we also look at the theme and plugins. On closed platforms, what's possible depends on access and the service's limitations.

We determine whether the work is done with Google's independent site speed test (PageSpeed Insights). Before starting, we agree on the target scores; afterward, we check whether they were reached. A list of changes made is not enough for delivery.
On each agreed page, we run three tests separately for mobile and desktop. We take the middle result by rank, the median, not the best run. For example, 72, 89 and 80 give a result of 80. We don't average pages or modes together.
You receive all before and after reports and can repeat the test. Real-visitor metrics for the previous 28 days don't update instantly and don't replace the check at delivery.

We'll run a free initial speed check and determine whether we can help. No passwords are needed for the first inquiry.
We'll work out the causes
If an in-depth diagnostic of the code or hosting is needed, we'll agree on its scope and price in advance. It is paid in full before it starts. If you order the optimization, the payment is credited toward the total price.
We'll lock in the terms
We'll agree on the pages, separate targets for the mobile and desktop tests, the features to preserve, a fixed price and a deadline. We'll keep the original reports and a backup or version of the site.
We'll speed it up and verify
We'll make the agreed changes, check the features and repeat the measurements. We'll hand over the reports and a list of completed work.

75% after the result is confirmed
We set the price and timeline after checking the site. If the diagnostic has already been paid, we'll subtract it from the total price. The remaining amount: 25% before optimization, 75% after the agreed scores are reached.
If the target hasn't been reached yet, we don't issue the final payment and continue working within the agreed scope. We discuss any hosting change, site rebuild or additional costs in advance; we don't change the target or price unilaterally.
If we stop work because of our own mistake in assessing whether the result was achievable, we refund the optimization advance; the completed diagnostic remains paid. If the client changed the terms or refused a necessary action agreed in advance, we'll settle the accepted portion separately. Declining new costs that weren't agreed in advance is not in itself a breach. The useful part of the improvements can be accepted at a separately agreed price, taking all payments into account and refunding any unused balance.
We stay in touch after delivery
For 30 days from your confirmed acceptance, we fix errors in our optimization free of charge. The speed result is recorded for the agreed state of the site. New plugins, design, images, video, services or hosting can change the scores; repeat optimization is estimated separately. Ordinary text edits don't cancel our obligations. When a problem occurs, we first find the cause rather than blaming everything on later changes.
Handing over access
We hand over access through an agreed channel. After a handover without further maintenance, you revoke our permissions and change the passwords and keys known to us, following a list.

Will you get a score of 100?
We set the target after diagnosing your specific site. We don't promise the same result for every platform and configuration.
Will this improve rankings and sales?
The service covers the agreed speed scores and keeping features working. Higher rankings, inquiries and sales are not part of the success criteria. We don't do SEO copywriting or SEO analysis.
Will the site become easier to use on a phone?
The mobile test measures loading speed. Redoing the interface for phones is a separate task that can be agreed on additionally.
What isn't included in speed optimization?
A full redesign, new features, migration to another platform and regular maintenance. Necessary hosting changes and other additional work are discussed separately.
