For payment we'll consider LiqPay, WayForPay, plata by mono or Portmone; for delivery, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest. The base package includes one payment connection and one delivery connection. We confirm the suitable module and required features before work begins.
Already selling on Prom.ua or Rozetka? With a separate estimate, we'll find a ready-made solution for exporting products, updating prices and stock, or collecting orders in a CRM. We'll also consider Epicentr and Kasta; ALLO via a supported CRM connection. We check the exchange directions separately: an export does not mean two-way sync or moving the catalog back.
We'll consider sending orders to keyCRM, SalesDrive, KeepinCRM or Bitrix24 after checking the ready-made solution. We agree on the source of products and stock, what data to send, in which direction and how often, statuses, duplicates and error handling within the module's capabilities. Bitrix24 here means the CRM, not the 1C-Bitrix CMS.
We configure ready-made modules; custom integration modules are not part of this offer. If a ready-made solution does not cover the task, we agree on a supported alternative or exclude the task. You create the service accounts; we help connect them. Payment service approval and marketplace moderation do not depend on us; licenses and subscriptions are paid separately.
We need an agreed spreadsheet: names, prices, descriptions, attributes, stock, variants and photos. You confirm the seller's details and the terms of payment, delivery and returns; we place your documents, and legal preparation is not included.
AI illustrations can be used for decoration. Product photos must show the product accurately: we do not invent appearance or properties. Additional content entry and processing of source data are agreed separately.
How wework
We agree on scope, structure, editable fields, materials, checks and timeline. You confirm the facts and provide contacts and access through an agreed channel.
You choose one of two directions for the first screen and style. We implement the agreed scope, adapt it for mobile and make two rounds of consolidated revisions.
We'll show the finished version and check the agreed pages, features and mobile scenarios. After the review, final payment is made before publication.
We'll deploy the website on agreed, suitable hosting, check the live version and record your acceptance. We'll hand over the source files, client access and a short guide.
We'll offer two options for the first screen and visual style. We extend the chosen option to the agreed pages. The package includes two rounds of consolidated feedback within the scope of the task. This is not two full designs of the whole website; we fix errors in our implementation separately from new requests.
We'll prepare the structure and regular copy from your information; you confirm the facts, prices and claims. We use your images and logo. If needed, we can prepare AI illustrations and a simple standard logo. Brand identity and brand book are not included. We do not present AI images as real products, team or results.
SEO copy, SEO analysis, search query research and promotion are not included. Website development alone does not guarantee leads, sales or search rankings.

You register the domain yourself in your own account; we'll help with registration and setup. You can use your own suitable hosting. If the site is hosted without our maintenance, you keep control of the settings.
We record acceptance after the live website is published and checked. From the confirmed date, we fix errors in our implementation within the agreed scope free of charge for 30 days; payment before publication does not start this period. New requests and the consequences of third-party changes are assessed by the cause of the problem; we do not automatically rule out our own errors.
When the project is handed over without ongoing maintenance, you revoke our permissions and change the passwords and keys known to us from the list provided. We record the date and contents of the handover and ask you to confirm the revocation; where we can, we remove access ourselves. For separately agreed ongoing maintenance, we keep only the necessary permissions.
Don't want to deal with hosting, updates and backups? We can discuss optional website support. It is paid separately and is not required for choosing a platform.
Yes. 20 products and 5 categories is the amount of initial content we enter. After that you add more yourself or order content entry separately. Variants in our content entry: up to 2 attributes and 10 combinations per product.

We estimate WooCommerce individually based on configuration. The $30/month maintenance plan for a regular WordPress website does not apply to stores.
