Themes, plugins and future updates

We'll check your theme, plugins and their versions. We choose the way to make changes based on the task: for example, a child theme or a separate module helps keep customizations through updates. We confirm your configuration's compatibility after review; we can't guarantee all future versions in advance.

Where possible, we register paid plugins under your account. If a studio license is needed, we'll explain its terms and what happens when support ends before we start. Licenses and external services are paid separately, and we agree on the costs in advance.
The store must keep taking orders
In an online store on WordPress (WooCommerce), we agree on checks for the product, cart, checkout, notifications, payment and delivery, depending on the affected features. We use a permitted test method and don't automatically send real payments or orders.
For a store and for changes with a risk of incompatibility, we use a test copy if the infrastructure allows. When publishing, we preserve new orders and the live store's data: we don't replace its database with an outdated test copy.

Show us the task
Send the site address, a description of the problem and the result you expect. For a bug, steps to reproduce it are helpful. No passwords are needed in the form.
We agree on the solution
We'll record the list of changes, the features to keep, how we'll verify, the price and the deadline. If a deep code review is required, we'll agree on a paid diagnostic in advance.
We make the changes
We'll save a backup before starting. Where possible, we work on a test copy; if that isn't possible, we'll agree in advance on the order of changes and any possible pause.
We verify and hand over
We'll show the result and check the affected features. After the review and final payment, we'll move the changes to the live site if we worked on a copy. We'll hand over a list of the work done and any necessary instructions.

A clear price before work begins
We estimate your specific task and fix the price. We take on small changes too. Additional requests are agreed separately; hours spent do not by themselves increase the price.
An in-depth diagnostic is paid in full before it starts, after its scope and price are agreed. You'll receive a description of the problem found, recommendations and an estimate for the fix, even if you decide not to order the improvements.
If you order the implementation, the diagnostic is included in the total price. We subtract its already paid cost and split the remainder: 25% before implementation and 75% after the result is checked. Without a paid diagnostic, the shares are calculated from the total price.
We stay in touch after delivery
For 30 days from your confirmed acceptance, we fix errors in our implementation free of charge, within the agreed scope. We keep the acceptance date in a message. New tasks and maintenance are paid separately.
We look into the cause of a problem separately: third-party changes and later incompatibility are not covered by free fixes, but our error doesn't become billable just because you changed something on the site.
If the project is handed over without further maintenance, you revoke our permissions and change the passwords and keys known to us, following the list we provide. We ask you to confirm the revocation; where we can, we remove access ourselves.

Do you work with my theme or page builder?
We'll confirm after reviewing the configuration. We also take on sites built by other developers or created with AI; we explain any limitations before we start.
Do I need to buy a new plugin?
Not necessarily. First we'll find a solution. If a paid license or service is required, we'll agree on the costs and the account owner in advance.
How much do improvements cost?
From $200. Send the site address and describe the task: the initial estimate is free. We'll agree on the full scope and a fixed price before work begins.
What happens to orders during the work?
We'll agree on the transfer so that new orders in the live store are preserved. On the test copy we check the agreed scenarios, and we don't use it to replace live data.
