WordPress support
and maintenance.

We update WordPress, keep an eye on backups and check the site after changes. A regular site or landing page costs $30 per month. WooCommerce, complex themes and integrations are estimated separately.

Maintenance is paid monthly in advance, with no annual commitment. Hosting, domain, paid licenses and external services are paid separately. For other platforms, we determine the scope and price after an assessment.

One-off help and additional work: $20/hour. Minimum 30 minutes, then in steps of 15 minutes. We agree on an estimate before starting; we don't charge for hours without approval. New features with a fixed price are discussed as a separate improvement.

What we take care of every month

  • Uptime checks every 5 minutes, with a notification to the studio. We handle notifications during working hours; monitoring does not test all site functions.
  • Daily backups of files and the database for the last 14 days, if the infrastructure allows it. We check feasibility, storage and costs before setup.
  • Once a month: compatible updates and a check of the main pages and the inquiry form. Before updates, we save a separate backup and verify the result.
  • Up to 30 minutes of small edits: replacing text, an image or contact details. Unused time does not carry over to the next month. Scheduled maintenance, backups and fixing our own errors do not use up this limit.
  • A short report: work completed, time used and problems found.

Update, and check that everything works

01 / 03

Versions and features

An automatic update by itself doesn't confirm that the theme, page builder and plugins still work together. When we start, we record the versions, the required features and the way to roll back. After updates, we check the main pages, mobile display and form submission.

02 / 03

Compatibility

We'll confirm that it works with your theme and plugins after review. If an update requires rewriting code or a major migration, we'll agree on a separate estimate. We don't promise compatibility with all future versions.

03 / 03

Licenses

Licenses are paid separately. Where possible, we register paid plugins under your account; for a studio license, we explain in advance its term and what happens when support ends.

WooCommerce: maintenance that accounts for new orders

The $30 plan doesn't apply to stores. We agree separately on the cost, backup frequency and restore procedure, with order preservation in mind. When moving changes, we don't replace live data with an outdated test database.

We agree on checks for the product, cart, quantity changes, checkout and order notifications. We check payment and delivery using a permitted test method; we don't automatically send real payments or test orders.

When we respond and how we handle issues

We work Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 Kyiv time. We accept requests through one agreed channel: email or a work messenger. The first response comes within one business day; this is not a deadline for resolving the problem.

During working hours, we handle site downtime and failure of a main function first. In our reply, we share what we know and the expected time for a solution or for the next check. Round-the-clock response is not included in the plan.

If we learn of a critical vulnerability in a component you use, we handle it outside the monthly schedule: we check whether it applies, choose a fix or temporary protection and share the timeline after assessment.

A backup is only useful if you can restore from it

We test restoration at setup and then every three months. Where possible, we keep storage separate from the main site; terms and costs are agreed in advance.

Restoration needed because of our work is included. The consequences of third-party actions, a hack or a hosting failure are estimated separately at $20/hour, if the cause is not related to our maintenance error. Before a rollback, we agree on the backup date and the possible loss of more recent inquiries, orders and changes.

We fix errors caused by our actions as part of maintenance. Existing faults and the consequences of others' changes are assessed based on the cause of the problem: editing the site yourself does not automatically cancel our responsibility.

Onboarding and offboarding without lock-in

We start with a free initial review. For sites we built, initial setup and backup checks are included. For a site built by someone else, we record existing problems; if in-depth diagnostics and preparation are needed, we agree on them separately before onboarding.

You can decline renewal before the next period. We maintain the current paid month through to the end. If a payment is missed, we warn you before suspending maintenance; we don't take the site itself offline. Separately paid hosting and services follow their own terms.

At the end, we hand over a current backup, client access and a description of the settings. A standard handover is included; migration and setup with a new provider are separate. The domain belongs to you; if we managed its connection, we'll help transfer that management.

We record the end date, the materials handed over and the list of access. You revoke our permissions and change the passwords and keys known to us, following the list; we ask you to confirm it's done. Where we can, we remove access ourselves. For separately agreed ongoing maintenance, we keep only the necessary permissions. We delete any backups remaining with us 14 days after handover.

After the end of maintenance, you manage further changes and access. We assess the consequences of later contractors' actions separately, and we remain responsible for our own errors within the agreed limits. The lack of confirmation of password changes does not in itself prove the cause of an incident.

Before launch.
Questions and answers.

Why aren't automatic updates enough?

They don't replace checking compatibility and features. After updates, we check the agreed pages and scenarios, and we save a backup before starting work.

Will you take a site with someone else's theme or page builder?

After a free review, we'll confirm whether we can maintain it and any limitations. Preparation and fixing of old problems, if needed, are agreed separately.

What happens if plugins conflict?

We investigate the cause and agree on a safe way to roll back or fix it. We fix our own maintenance errors as part of the service; old problems and third-party changes are estimated separately.

Can I make changes to the site myself?

Yes. We ask that changes to code, plugins, settings and hosting be agreed in advance. A third-party edit doesn't automatically relieve us of responsibility; we look into the cause of the problem.

Are licenses and recovery included?

Licenses are paid separately. Recovery caused by our work is included; third-party causes are billed at the agreed estimate of $20/hour if they are not related to our error.

How do I end maintenance?

Decline renewal before the next period. We'll hand over a copy, access and settings. You change the passwords and keys known to us, revoke permissions following a list and confirm it's done; we'll delete any copies we still have after 14 days.

Leave the technical worries to us

Send your site address and tell us what you need: regular maintenance or help with a specific task. We'll start with a review and agree on the scope of work. No passwords are needed in the form.
