Content created with the help of artificial intelligence. Images, scenes, characters and voice can be generated; our team handles the script, selection and final editing.
This is the core of our service. The brand gets staged video content for an agreed task.
UGC
User-Generated Content
Content created by users: photos, videos, unboxings and stories about using a product. Brands also commission commercial UGC-style videos from creators.
A real creator can share their own experience. An AI character can reproduce the visual style but has no buyer's experience.
UGC describes where content comes from; AIGC describes how it is made. Below we compare two ways to order: filming with a real UGC creator and our AIGC video production.
UGC vs AIGC: which format to choose
The choice depends on the goal: whether you need a real person's experience or a staged story with the product.

Terms for working with a UGC creator depend on the specific contract. AIGC can use a UGC style as well as product and fantasy scenes. We check the feasibility and cost of the chosen storyline before the order.

Generation and editing
The first version is delivered within 3 business days after the starting conditions are met. We assemble the visuals, sound and subtitles following the script.
Edits and handover
One round of minor edits is included. We fix our own errors for free. You receive the finished file for your own posts and ads.

We agree on the script, character, format and final cost. Work starts after the brief is approved, materials are received and 100% payment is made. The first version is delivered within 3 business days after these conditions are met.
Edits and additional work
One round of minor edits is included. We fix errors in our execution for free. A new script, a character change and additional variants are estimated separately.
Creating a new character, complex scenes, longer videos and additional formats are estimated separately. We fix the final price before payment.
Rights to the result
After full payment, you can use the video indefinitely on social media and in ads. We don't use a character created specifically for you for other clients. Source files and workflows are by agreement. We publish it in our portfolio only with your permission.

We deliver the finished video without watermarks or mentions of Express Agency. Contact with the end client goes through your agency; we keep confidentiality.

What is AIGC video?
AIGC stands for AI-Generated Content: content created with the help of artificial intelligence. In our service, it's a short video with generated scenes and a character, voiceover and editing. Our team writes the script, selects materials and assembles the final video.
Is this UGC or AIGC?
We produce AIGC. A video can use a UGC style: speaking to the camera, an everyday scene or a product demonstration. We don't pass off a virtual character as a real buyer, or a staged storyline as their review.
What exactly is included in the $20 video?
A vertical 9:16 video up to 15 seconds, a simple storyline with the product and an existing character, editing, voiceover and subtitles following the script, and one round of minor edits. A new character, complex scenes, longer duration and other formats are estimated separately.
Can I order several ad variants?
Yes. We agree on the number of scripts and variants before starting. Each new finished video is a separate order unit; changing the first seconds, text or setting is included in the estimate.
Do you accept our character, script and photos?
Yes. You can provide the whole brief or just part of it. We use an existing character after reviewing the materials, with no extra charge for development; creating a new one is estimated separately. Usually no need to ship the product.
Do you publish the ordered video?
A one-off order includes production and delivery of the finished file. You post it yourself or hand it to your team. Regular publishing is available in the separate social media management service.
Can I order a video for an agency client?
Yes. We deliver the result without watermarks or mentions of Express Agency and keep confidentiality. Contact with the end client goes through your agency. We discuss volume terms individually.
How can I use the videos I receive?
After full payment, indefinitely on social media and in ads. Source files and workflows are provided by separate agreement. We don't present an AI storyline as a genuine customer review; we add it to our portfolio only with the client's permission.
How accurately can the product be shown?
We check the source photos and the feasibility of the scene before work begins. Generation can distort product details, text and movements; we select and check the result against the agreed brief. If it's important to show a real product test or an exact action, we'll discuss using your own footage.
