We'll propose two options for the first screen and visual style. You choose the direction we'll extend to the agreed pages. These are two directions to choose from, not two full mockups of the entire site.
A fresh lookat your website
Your site works, but its look and structure no longer fit your goals? We'll update the agreed pages, keep the functions you need and move your materials over. From the first design options to launch, we handle all the work.

We'll propose two options for the first screen and visual style. You choose the direction we'll extend to the agreed pages. These are two directions to choose from, not two full mockups of the entire site.
The agreed scope includes two rounds of consolidated revisions, mobile adaptation, moving your materials and our implementation. We'll check the affected forms, menus and other functions.
We use your materials. By agreement, we can help with ordinary text based on confirmed facts, AI-generated images and a simple standard logo. The scope of this preparation is set in the estimate. We don't develop a brand identity, and we don't present AI-generated images as real products, a real team or real results.
We work on a test version and launch according to the agreed plan
We save a backup before starting. The main rework is done separately while the live site keeps receiving inquiries or orders. If a pause is needed during publication, we'll agree on it in advance.
For a store, we'll separately determine how to preserve new orders, customers and stock levels when moving changes over. Payment and order checks are done using an agreed test method; we don't send real payments or orders automatically.
We keep existing URLs where possible. URL changes and redirects are agreed with you. We carry over current page titles and descriptions unless their replacement is separately approved, and we check internal links.
SEO analysis, SEO copywriting, promotion and speed optimization are not part of a redesign. Carefully carrying over URLs and metadata does not guarantee that rankings will be kept or that traffic and sales will grow.
How wework
Send us your site address and tell us what you want to change. We'll agree on the pages, features, materials and result. If a deep review of code or integrations is needed, we'll offer a separate diagnostic.
We'll choose one of the two directions for the first screen and style. We'll implement the agreed pages on the test version and make two rounds of consolidated revisions.
Together we'll check the pages, mobile scenarios, forms, notification delivery, menus, links and agreed redirects. After the review comes the final payment before publication.
We'll publish the changes, check the live site and record your acceptance. We'll hand over a short description of the work and editing instructions.

The exact price and timeline depend on the pages, templates, features and migration. The initial review is free. If an in-depth diagnostic is needed, we'll agree on its scope and price separately; it is paid in full before it starts. You'll receive its results even if you don't order the redesign.
If you order the redesign, the diagnostic is included in the total price. We subtract the payment already made and split the remainder: 25% before implementation and 75% after the finished test version is checked, before publication. Without a paid diagnostic, the shares are calculated from the total price. New tasks are agreed separately.
Licenses, hosting and external services are paid separately. The domain belongs to you. Changing platforms is not required; whether it's needed and what it costs are discussed separately.
Acceptance is confirmed after publication and a check of the live site. From that date, we fix errors in our implementation free of charge for 30 days, within the agreed scope. The final payment before publication does not start this period.
New requests and the consequences of third-party changes are assessed based on the cause of the problem. Our error does not automatically become billable because of a client edit. We don't promise in advance compatibility with all future versions of third-party components.
If the project is handed over without further maintenance, we record the date, materials and access list. You revoke our permissions and change the passwords and keys known to us; we ask you to confirm it's done. Where we can, we remove access ourselves. Ongoing maintenance can be agreed separately.
No. We'll first assess your current site. We suggest changing platforms only if the task calls for it, and we agree on it separately.
Yes. Before starting, we'll list the materials to be moved and the scope of preparing new ones. SEO copywriting and SEO analysis are not part of the service.
The main work happens on a separate test version. We'll agree on any possible pause during publication; for a store, we'll separately define how new orders and other data are preserved.
We keep URLs where possible, agree on any changes and redirects, and carry over existing metadata. This is not a guarantee of rankings or traffic.
Two options for the first screen and visual style, then implementation of the chosen direction and two rounds of consolidated revisions within the agreed scope. Two full mockups of the entire site are not included.
We'll record them before starting. Fixing them is estimated separately; we'll warn you in advance about problems that get in the way of the redesign.
Send a link and describe what you're unhappy with now and what's important to keep. A detailed technical specification isn't needed for the first estimate. You'll share passwords and keys separately after we agree on the work.
