The initial estimate is free. We'll agree on the price for your task before work begins.

What needs to change on your site?

  • A form doesn't submit, a button doesn't work or a page shows an error.
  • You need a new block, a page built from a mockup or a fix for the mobile version.
  • You need to connect a service, change notifications or eliminate manual data transfer.
  • The site was built by another developer or with AI, and you need someone to understand the code and bring it to a working state.

We start by understanding

First we figure out how the site works and which features matter to you. Before starting, we define what we're changing and which actions you can use to check the result.

We change what the task requires

We take on one-off fixes and the development of an existing project. If the task requires a full redesign, speed optimization or regular maintenance, we'll discuss the appropriate scope separately.

From task to working change

  1. Show us the task

    Send the site address, a description of the problem and the result you expect. For a bug, steps to reproduce it are helpful. No passwords are needed in the form.

  2. We agree on the solution

    We'll record the list of changes, the features to keep, how we'll verify, the price and the deadline. If a deep code review is required, we'll agree on a paid diagnostic in advance.

  3. We make the changes

    We'll save a backup before starting. Where possible, we work on a test copy; if that isn't possible, we'll agree in advance on the order of changes and any possible pause.

  4. We verify and hand over

    We'll show the result and check the affected features. After the review and final payment, we'll move the changes to the live site if we worked on a copy. We'll hand over a list of the work done and any necessary instructions.

A clear price before work begins

We estimate your specific task and fix the price. We take on small changes too. Additional requests are agreed separately; hours spent do not by themselves increase the price.

An in-depth diagnostic is paid in full before it starts, after its scope and price are agreed. You'll receive a description of the problem found, recommendations and an estimate for the fix, even if you decide not to order the improvements.

If you order the implementation, the diagnostic is included in the total price. We subtract its already paid cost and split the remainder: 25% before implementation and 75% after the result is checked. Without a paid diagnostic, the shares are calculated from the total price.

We stay in touch after delivery

For 30 days from your confirmed acceptance, we fix errors in our implementation free of charge, within the agreed scope. We keep the acceptance date in a message. New tasks and maintenance are paid separately.

We look into the cause of a problem separately: third-party changes and later incompatibility are not covered by free fixes, but our error doesn't become billable just because you changed something on the site.

If the project is handed over without further maintenance, you revoke our permissions and change the passwords and keys known to us, following the list we provide. We ask you to confirm the revocation; where we can, we remove access ourselves.

Will you take over a site built by another developer or by AI?

Yes, after assessing the code and the task. If there are limitations, we'll explain them before starting and offer options.

How much do improvements cost?

From $200. Send the site address and describe the task: the initial estimate is free. We'll agree on the full scope and a fixed price before work begins.

Is a paid diagnostic needed?

Not always. It's needed when the cause and scope can't be determined without a deep review. We agree on its scope and price in advance; the diagnostic results stay with you.

Can you make all the changes directly on the live site?

We agree on the way of working in advance. Where possible, we use a copy; if separate testing isn't possible, we'll discuss the order of work and any possible pause.
